- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, almond flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk until smooth.
- Fold in the honey for added sweetness.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
