  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries mashed
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond Meal or Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Optional Honey or Stevia optional for added sweetness

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and mash the strawberries. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the mashed strawberries, vanilla extract, and honey or stevia if you prefer extra sweetness. Mix well.
