Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot Espresso
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Brew a shot of espresso using your espresso machine.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fragrant.
  3. Steam the milk using a milk steamer until frothy and smooth, then combine with the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Pour the espresso into your mug, then add the pumpkin milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for the perfect finishing touch.
