Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Do not stir.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, then sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool for 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
