- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and orange zest.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Add the orange juice and mix until smooth. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- If desired, drizzle with an orange glaze before serving.
