  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
