Cupcakes

1 box vanilla cupcake mix
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs

Frosting

2 cups buttercream frosting
yellow food coloring yellow food coloring

Decoration

12 mini Oreo cookies
1 tube black icing
1 tube blue icing

Method

Preheat your oven and prepare the cupcakes according to the package instructions. Let them cool completely before decorating.
Prepare your buttercream frosting and tint it yellow using food coloring.
Frost each cupcake generously with yellow buttercream using a spatula or piping bag.
Place a mini Oreo cookie on each cupcake to form the base of the minion's goggle eyes.
Using black icing, pipe a circle around the Oreo to form the goggle band.
For the eyes, place white fondant circles with smaller black fondant circles for the pupils. Attach them on top of the Oreos.
Use blue icing to pipe the minion's overalls on the lower half of the cupcake.
Finish by adding black icing for the minion's mouth and any extra details like hair or buttons.
