Mexican Street Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Taco Shells small corn or flour
  • 2 pieces Chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 Lime for juicing
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • to taste Hot sauce

Method
 

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  2. Warm the taco shells in a pan for 1-2 minutes or in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Fill each taco shell with sliced chicken, then top with chopped onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
  4. Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce to taste, then serve immediately.
