  • 6 slices cheddar cheese or sliced into small squares

Crackers
  • 12 round crackers
  • 8 whole grain crackers

  • 1 cup mixed grapes
  • 1/2 cup candied nuts
  • 1/4 cup almonds

Method
 

  1. Place the brie wedge on one corner of the board as an anchor point.
  2. Arrange the cheddar slices in a fan-like pattern beside the brie.
  3. Fold and stack the ham slices along one side of the board.
  4. Add assorted crackers in small clusters for easy grabbing.
  5. Place grapes in the center for color and balance.
  6. Fill a small bowl with candied nuts and place it on the board.
  7. Scatter almonds, cranberries, and seasonal elements around the board to fill empty spaces.
  8. Finish with rosemary sprigs or decorative garnishes.
