- Combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder (if using), honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Layer crushed graham crackers or granola in the bottom of each jar.
- Top the crust with the cheesecake mixture, filling each jar about three-quarters full.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake mixture to firm up and chill.
- Top each jar with fresh berries or your desired toppings before serving.
