Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt For the protein boost
  • 1/2 cup Low-Fat Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder Optional for added protein
  • 1 tbsp Honey For sweetness
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers or Granola For the crust
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Berries For topping

Method
 

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder (if using), honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Layer crushed graham crackers or granola in the bottom of each jar.
  3. Top the crust with the cheesecake mixture, filling each jar about three-quarters full.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake mixture to firm up and chill.
  5. Top each jar with fresh berries or your desired toppings before serving.
