Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 2 cups green grapes washed and halved
  • 2 cups red grapes washed and halved
Creamy Dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts toasted for crunch

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry all grapes, then cut them in halves. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the grapes and gently fold until all the fruit is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle brown sugar and toasted nuts on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend and the salad to chill.
