Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and fruit cocktail. Mix until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy!
