Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Fruit Cocktail drained
  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and fruit cocktail. Mix until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy!
