- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, canned pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes evenly across the cake.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes. Let the cake cool completely in the baking dish.
- Once cooled, spread whipped topping over the cake and drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve chilled and enjoy!
