Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Canned pumpkin
  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 can Evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the canned pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Do not stir.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, chopped pecans, and baking powder together. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the cake mix.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
