Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp Black food coloring
  • 1/4 cup Orange sprinkles

Equipment

  • Cake Pan
  • Piping Bags

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, butter, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Add white chocolate chips and stir gently.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. Once cooled, frost the cake with whipped cream to create the ghost's 'body.' Use black food coloring to pipe on eyes and a mouth to create the ghost's face.
  6. Top the cake with orange sprinkles for a festive touch. Serve immediately!
