- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, paprika, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Mix gently until well combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- Form the mixture into small cakes, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the crab cakes and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
