Ingredients
  

Cake Base
  • 2 cups crumbled baked cake any flavor
  • 1/2 cup frosting buttercream or cream cheese
Coating & Decoration
  • 2 cups melting chocolate white, dark, or colored candy melts
  • sprinkles or decorations for topping
  • 20 lollipop sticks

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, crumble the baked cake until fine and even.
  2. Add the frosting and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Shape into small balls and place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Insert a stick halfway into each ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
  7. Decorate with sprinkles and let them set upright until firm.
