Cured Meats
  • 80 g salami thinly sliced
  • 80 g prosciutto
Extras
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup crackers assorted
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 2 tbsp honey or fig jam
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts

Method
 

  1. Place cheeses evenly around the board as anchor points.
  2. Fold or roll cured meats and position them near the cheeses.
  3. Fill gaps with grapes, olives, nuts, and crackers.
  4. Add small bowls for honey or jam and adjust for balance.
