Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (21 oz) Apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) Yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the apple pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Drizzle 1/2 cup of caramel sauce over the apple filling.
  4. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the caramel apple mixture, covering it completely.
  5. Cut 1/2 cup of butter into small cubes and scatter them evenly over the cake mix.
  6. If desired, sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts over the top for added texture and flavor.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
